HELP is a charitable trust providing crisis and recovery services to women, children and young people who have experienced sexual abuse, as well as their families and supporters. HELP provides a number of services including preschool prevention education, telephone support, emergency and therapeutic counselling, restorative justice and more.

The prevalence and effects of sexual violence means it remains a number one health and safety concern for women and children, and survivors still struggle to access appropriate services and justice. HELP aims to provide a range of high quality, ethical services that meet the needs of our community, as well as an independent, specialist and political voice about sexual violence.

If you would like to make an important contribution to Auckland’s dedicated sexual assault service we would love to hear from you.  We particularly seek women who can contribute from a specific skills base such as human resources, financial management, fundraising or management in the not for profit sector and women who operate from a values base that incorporates gender equity, co-operation and a client services driven ethos.
