|Our gender diversity survey has launched today, and we invite you to join the conversation.
This biannual survey has become an integral part of measuring the perceptions of the gender divide in the workplace. The results will be released at Finsia’s Annual Conference in October and will help to identify potential policy changes to improve the representation of women in the industry.
Since 2010, your contribution has played an important role in supporting Finsia’s advocacy work and has made a significant impact on regulatory and policy development. We’ve helped to change the way gender diversity is measured in the workplace, including supporting the requirement for employers of 100 or more staff to report annually on a range of gender equality indicators.
To support Finsia’s advocacy work in this area, we seek your valued contribution in the gender debate. This survey will only take a short amount of your time, but forms a fundamental vehicle to raise awareness and promote diversity within financial services.
